Virtual Currency has no real monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or real goods outside the Platform. We expressly prohibit the sale of accounts, Virtual Currency, or any Platform assets to third parties.
We retain the right to manage, modify, or reset Virtual Currency balances as we deem necessary to maintain fair gameplay and platform integrity. Virtual Currency balances are non-transferable and non-refundable.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to game design, graphics, text, logos, images, and software, is the exclusive property of GoldenFogTables or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or transmit any Platform content without our prior written consent. Your use of the Platform is limited to personal, non-commercial entertainment only.
You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the Platform:
The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoldenFogTables shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England and Wales.
